As Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) and nationally certified Trainer, Representative and Advisor for the Advanced Professional Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, I personally oversee and deliver the training and staff development activities for my staff, including their CDA certification, and have facilitated a wide variety of early childhood, health, parenting and family related programs in collaboration with various organizations in the community, including local school district USD 475 and Head Start.
